This painting from a photo that I took on a walk from Whitley Chapel with my son, is in a very loose style. I had also copied a Monet painting of a wheat field in my sketch book and used the lessons I had learnt from that study with regards to colours.

I love the way the paint colours have blended into each other to create the softness of a late summer field.
